Chelsey Fleishman

Chelsey Fleishman is a seasoned social worker with extensive experience in medical and clinical settings. Currently serving as a Medical Social Worker II at Kootenai Health since April 2022, Chelsey previously held roles as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Children's Hospital Colorado and CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, where responsibilities included conducting psychosocial assessments, providing family support during hospitalizations, and facilitating discharge planning. Earlier experience at Denver Health involved crisis intervention and support services across various hospital units. Chelsey began the career journey as a social work intern focused on assisting vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, and holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver.
