Stephen McNeil

Stephen McNeil serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth at Kooth Digital Health since August 2024, focusing on commercial growth within the US Public Sector and Payer markets to address the mental health crisis among youth. Previously, McNeil held the position of Vice President of Sales at Amwell from July 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included advancing digital hybrid care strategies in Higher Education, Employer, and Payer markets. As Vice President of Sales for Amwell Behavioral Health, McNeil contributed to the efforts of SilverCloud Health, known for delivering clinically validated digital therapeutic care. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Business Development at SilverCloud Health, the Regional Vice President of Sales at LogicStream Health Inc., and the Vice President of the West Division at B. E. Smith. McNeil earned a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, in 1993.
