Bethseba Omwonyo has extensive experience in operations, customer service, and lecturing. Bethseba has held various roles at Kopo Kopo Inc, including Operations Associate in Quality Assurance and Relationship Management. In addition, Bethseba was a Key Account Executive focusing on new business generation and maintaining high-value merchant relationships. Prior to Kopo Kopo, Bethseba worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Barclays. Bethseba also has a strong background in academia, having served as a Sessional Lecturer at The Technical University of Kenya, where Bethseba taught Mathematics and Statistics units. Bethseba holds a Masters Degree in Biostatistics from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Moi University.
