Conrad Kempinska

Conrad Kempinska is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the performance chemicals and agricultural sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President for North America at Koppers Performance Chemicals since August 2015, Conrad is responsible for driving business growth strategies focused on wood protection and technology initiatives. Previously, Conrad held the position of Chief Operating Officer at ISK Biocides, Inc. and IBC Manufacturing, where short- and long-term growth strategies were developed. Other notable roles include Executive Vice President and General Manager at Lipo Chemicals and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Tata Chemicals North America. Conrad also has significant experience from Lonza, directing commercial activities for hygiene and personal care markets.
