Dylan Grzeczka has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Talent Coordinator at Koppers Inc., where they coordinate interviews, onboards new salaried employees, and assists with their transition into the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at BNY Mellon, where they led a remediation audit of newly hired employees, created templates and guides for new hire trainings, and provided excellent customer service to potential candidates. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Store Manager and Supervisor at RITE AID, where they established objectives, generated P&L reports, resolved staff conflicts, maintained team efficiency, organized workflows, created work schedules, and conducted employee evaluations.
