Kurt Renner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kurt started their career as an Engineering Intern at CAE Healthcare in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Competitive Sports Supervisor and Official at the University of Florida until 2017.

In 2015, Kurt joined The Mosaic Company as a Process Engineering Intern. This experience led him to be hired as a Production Planning Analyst Sr. in 2018, where they excelled in various projects and achievements. Some notable accomplishments include mitigating a significant production and operational expense impact, identifying optimization opportunities, evaluating bottlenecks, and developing tools to improve processes and predict outcomes.

Kurt's success in The Mosaic Company continued as they transitioned to the role of Process Engineer in 2022. Kurt contributed to the implementation of the Alternative Cooling project, recommended modifications for cost reductions and increased production, and created various tools for data analysis and process improvement.

In 2023, Kurt joined Koppers Inc. as a Process Engineer, marking their current role.

Kurt Renner pursued their education from 2012 to 2017 at the University of Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also earned various certifications. In October 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Further enhancing their skills, Kurt obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the same institution in May 2021.
