Prior to obtaining their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Marycrest College and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration from Western Wyoming Community College. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including "How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit," "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing," and "20 Habits of Executive Leadership," all from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in 2021, with the most recent certification obtained in May 2021.
