Sabrina Griffith Jackson

Sabrina Griffith Jackson, SHRM-SCP, CDP, serves as the Associate Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ultimate Medical Academy, where responsibilities include shaping and leading the organization’s DEI vision while acting as a catalyst for change. With extensive experience in higher education and consulting, Sabrina also holds positions as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at the Nonprofit Help Center, Principal Consultant at Griffith Consulting, LLC, and Speaker at The Harbor Institute. Previously, Sabrina held various roles at the University of Tampa, contributing to student advocacy, diversity education, and residential life management. Sabrina is certified as a Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional and is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional.
