Hans van Westerhuis

Hans van Westerhuis is an experienced professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Team Lead Production at Koppert since June 2016, where responsibilities include leadership and coordination of insect breeding operations. Prior to this, Hans held various roles, including R&D Lead at Monsanto Company from January 2009 to September 2015, overseeing staff and conducting essential agricultural research activities. Earlier experience includes positions as Teeltspecialist at Van der Starre and as a production worker at multiple tomato and orchid nurseries. Hans holds a Niveau 4 BBL degree from Holland College, achieved between 1994 and 2000, and a LTS diploma in electrical engineering from Plancius, completed in 1993.
