Donatella Catapano has over 30 years of extensive legal experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of the Legal Department and Head of International Contracts and M&A at Leonardo Helicopters, Donatella provides crucial support to the CEO on M&A matters and oversees international negotiations in collaboration with the Commercial Department. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Finmeccanica SpA, In-House Legal Counsel at Ansaldo Energia, and several board-related positions at Kopter Group AG, Agusta Westland SpA, and Sistemi Dinamici S.p.A. Donatella's legal expertise encompasses national and international contracts, litigation, antitrust issues, intellectual property rights, and corporate affairs. Donatella holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and multiple legal qualifications from esteemed institutions in Italy.
