Annie Vallely has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Annie is currently the Director of Marketing at KORA Organics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HATCH, where they held multiple roles including Beauty Marketing Consultant, Director of Brand + Product Marketing, and Associate Director of Brand + Product Marketing, Beauty. At HATCH, they were responsible for the brand and product marketing of HATCH Mama, a non-toxic clean beauty lineup for prenatal and postpartum women. Annie also served as the Interim Head of Marketing at Expectful in 2021.
Before HATCH, Annie worked at Johnson & Johnson, where they held various roles including Global Brand & Product Marketing for NEUTROGENA Clear Skin Innovation and Brand Marketing for AVEENO Facial Care and AVEENO Professional Skincare Marketing. In these roles, they led pipeline and concept development for new products, managed marketing promotions and activations, and established partnerships with healthcare professionals.
Annie also gained experience at Wellington Group Marketing & PR as a Strategy and Creative Director, where they oversaw brand management and creative marketing execution. Annie was also responsible for marketing, PR, and social media management. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Eleni's New York and as a Marketing Coordinator at The Council on Recovery, where they handled brand management, graphic design, production, and marketing communications for a non-profit organization.

Annie Vallely completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Houston from 2006 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Brand & Product Management at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they had an opportunity to study abroad at the Melbourne Business School for a brief period in 2016 while pursuing their MBA.
