Natalie Hwang has a diverse background in product development and innovation within the skincare industry. With experience at companies such as KORA Organics, Beautycounter, The Honest Company, and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Natalie has successfully created and launched a variety of high-performing and safer skincare products. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cosmetics & Fragrance Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and Animal Physiology from the University of Toronto.
