Ini Ayileka, PMP, CSM®, CSPO®

Ini Ayileka has a diverse work experience in project management. In 2015, Ayileka worked as a Project Manager at Ikeja Electric for two years. From 2019 to 2020, Ayileka served as a Project Coordinator at HUB International. In 2020, Ayileka joined Korapay as a Project Manager. Currently, Ayileka is working at Ruby for Good as an Associate Project Manager since January 2021. Ayileka holds certifications in PMP, CSM®, and CSPO®.

Ini Ayileka, PMP, CSM®, CSPO®, has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree from Covenant University. They completed this degree in 2013 and their field of study was Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2018, Ini pursued a Masters of Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of Windsor. They completed this degree in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Ini has obtained a Product Management certification from BrainStation in April 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2021. In June 2021, Ini acquired the Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in May 2022, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) certification, also from the Scrum Alliance.
