Dirk Lumma

Dirk Lumma has been working in the field of digital grids and software products for utilities for almost two decades. Dirk started their career as a project manager in research at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. From there, they moved to Siemens Management Consulting, where they became a vice president and partner. In 2013, they took on the role of head of software products for the digital grid at Siemens. In this role, they were responsible for two major software systems: EnergyIP and Spectrum Power. Dirk has been with Körber Digital since 2021, where they are currently the CTO and managing director.

Dirk Lumma received their Doctorate Degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and their Undergraduate Degree in Philosophy from Harvard University.
