Lisa Toepfer

Lisa Toepfer is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in strategic design and innovation. As the Principal Strategic Designer at Körber Digital since November 2019, Lisa defines and drives product development strategies, emphasizing user-centered and innovation-driven practices while facilitating high-impact design initiatives. Previous roles include co-founder of Design Thinking LAB, Senior Strategic Designer, and Senior Creative Consultant for various prominent companies. With a strong foundation in UX research, service design, and design thinking, Lisa has consistently contributed to impactful projects across diverse sectors and has a Diplom Designer degree from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, complemented by further studies at the University of Cincinnati.
