Dr. Kerstin Höfle has a diverse work experience in the supply chain industry. Dr. Kerstin started their career in 2010 as a Research Associate and Project Manager at the Institut für Supply Chain Management, Universität St.Gallen. In 2014, they joined Swisslog Warehouse & Distribution Solutions, where they held various roles including Programme Manager Solution Management, Innovation Manager, IP & Strategy Manager, and Head of Digital Products. In 2018, Dr. Höfle joined Körber Supply Chain as Head of Technology Management, later becoming VP Portfolio & Innovation Management, and currently serving as VP R&D and Product Management.
Dr. Kerstin Höfle completed their education at the University of St.Gallen, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Management (PhD) with a specialization in Business Innovation between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at the University of Bremen from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in the Digital Transformation Program from IMD Business School in 2019.
