Phuong Phan

Phuong Phan is currently the Sales Manager at Korbit Technologies. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at NTS Partners from January 2014 to December 2016. There, they established an exclusive partnership with SOL Holding Corp in distributing Super Sorghum Seeds from Japan to Vietnam. Phuong also initiated the investment process of SOL Holding in Vietnam in the sectors of pellet production and exportation to Japan, and presented to the Prime Minister of Vietnam, Nguyen Tan Dung, regarding the potential of Super Sorghum as a high crop seed for cow feeding and green energy production in Vietnam.

From January 2011 to December 2014, Phan was an Investment Analyst at Vietnam Investments Group (VIG), Vietnam's leading private equity ("PE") firm with US$ 300M asset under management. VI Group specializes in early-stage and extension capital. Pre‐Investment, Phan focused on deal sourcing and due diligence, and was responsible for analyzing market dynamics, target investees’ operational and financing activities, and building bottom‐up financial valuation and financial analysis. Post‐Investment, their focus shifted to deal monitoring and operational execution, as well as deal exit, where they consolidated investment memorandums and bottom‐up valuation models.

Phan has focused on business sectors such as Media and entertainment, Consumer Foodservice, and Internet throughout their career.

Phuong Phan is a student at International University - VNU HCMC, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
