Sarika Perumal is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Management Trainee in Talent Acquisition at Korcomptenz Inc since July 2023, Sarika previously held positions as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Max Fashion India from July to October 2022 and as a Human Resources Intern at ALMIPL Solar Pvt Ltd from February to August 2022. Sarika holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from ISSM Business School, completed in 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from Hindustan College of Arts & Science, earned in 2020.
