Srinithi R. has a diverse work experience. Srinithi started their career as an Academic Counselor at Vedantu in 2019, where they worked until October 2020. Srinithi then joined KGiSL in 2021, initially as a Jr. Recruitment Consultant and Researcher, and later as an ESourcer and Recruiting Coordinator. At KGiSL, they developed and implemented recruitment strategies, evaluated candidate profiles, and recommended placements. In 2022, Srinithi joined Skill-Lync as a Career Advisor, where they handled various clients from MENA and European countries, optimized the use of CRM, and consistently achieved 100% targets. Currently, they are working at Korcomptenz Inc as an Inside Sales representative.
