Phillip Kula is an experienced systems engineering professional currently serving as the Lead Systems Safety and Reliability Engineer at KORD, overseeing systems safety and reliability efforts for PEO M&S. Prior roles include Systems Engineering Architect at Integration Innovation, Inc., where contributions focused on Modular Open Systems and Digital Engineering architectures, and extensive experience at Leidos as a Senior Manager responsible for systems engineering, safety, and digital engineering SMEs. Phillip has held various positions across multiple companies, including program management and software engineering roles at firms such as SAIC, Coherent Technical Services, and Rockwell Collins, contributing to advanced defense and aerospace programs. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Northern Iowa.
