Paulette Cotter has a diverse work experience. Paulette currently serves as the Chief People and Sustainability Officer at Kordia, a leading provider of mission-critical technology. Prior to this role, they took a career break during the summer of 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Chief People and Capability Officer at MMC Limited, an investment administration services provider. Paulette Cotter also co-founded Double Happy Kids, a social enterprise aimed at providing warm clothing to children in need. Paulette served as the Director of Business and People Strategy at CotterWorks from 2011 to 2021. In the past, they have held various executive and managerial positions at organizations such as the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind, Woosh Wireless, O2 (Telefónica UK), and Energis PLC.
Paulette Cotter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Auckland University of Technology. Paulette also has additional certifications in Leading for Creativity from IDEO U (obtained in June 2016) and Insights for Innovation from IDEO U (obtained in February 2016).
