Abdülkadir Toplu received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University in 1993. Having started his professional career at Insa in 1995, he joined Kordsa in 1996 as a Mechanical Engineer. He worked as Line-2 Production Manager between 2003-2005, Line-1 Production Manager between 2005-2006, and Polyester Production Manager between 2006-2009, and continued his duty as Brazil Operations Director between 2009-2012. Afterward, he took on the duties of Turkey and Interkordsa Operations Director between 2012-2015 and Global Supply Chain Director between 2015-2017. As of 2017-2018, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for the Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA) region.

It offers carcass and industrial fabrics that are used in the structure of vehicle tires; rubber and plastic materials; denier fiber, and connection fabrics. The Company also produces and markets fabrics for mechanical rubber goods and other rubber reinforcement materials; converts various types of yarns into cord fabrics, and provides nylon six, nylon 6.6 for use in tires and mechanical rubber goods, and polyethylene-terephthalate high modulus low shrinkage polyester, as well as rayon heavy decitex yarns. The Company's operations are divided into the following geographic segments: Europe, Middle East and Africa; North America; South America, and Asia.
