Eray Karaduman received his bachelor's degree from Çukurova University, Department of Economics in 1999 and completed his master's degree at the same university in 2004. He started his professional career in 1999 and joined Sabancı Group in 2002 and worked in the Human Resources field at Bossa and Temsa between 2002 and 2007. After working as Human Resources Manager at Frito Lay company between 2007-2009, he transferred to Enerjisa as Human Resources Manager and continued this duty until 2012. Afterward, he worked as Group Human Resources and Industrial Relations Director at Coca-Cola İçecek. Karaduman joined Unilever in 2015 in North Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Iran, joined as the Human Resources Director with the responsibility of Supply Chain for Central Asian and Russian countries, and undertook the responsibility of Global Supply Chain Human Resources Leader as a double hat within the scope of the Sustainable Employment project. Eray continued his duty as Sales and Marketing Human Resources Director, from which he was appointed in 2019, until August 2020. As of September 1, 2020, he has been appointed as Kordsa Deputy General Manager, Human Resources, Law, and Information Technologies.

Kordsa Teknik Tekstil AS, formerly Kordsa Global Endustriyel Iplik ve Kord Bezi Sanayi ve Ticaret AS, is a Turkey-based company engaged in the production of industrial nylon and polyester yarn, tire cord fabric and single end cord. It offers carcass and industrial fabrics that are used in the structure of vehicle tires; rubber and plastic materials; denier fiber, and connection fabrics. The Company also produces and markets fabrics for mechanical rubber goods and other rubber reinforcement materials; converts various types of yarns into cord fabrics, and provides nylon six, nylon 6.6 for use in tires and mechanical rubber goods, and polyethylene-terephthalate high modulus low shrinkage polyester, as well as rayon heavy decitex yarns. The Company's operations are divided into the following geographic segments: Europe, Middle East and Africa; North America; South America, and Asia. The Company is a subsidiary of Haci Omer Sabanci Holding AS.
