João Augusto Dos Santos

João Augusto Dos Santos received his BA in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia in 1997, his MBA in 2007 and his MBA in Corporate Finance from the Getulio Vargas Foundation in 2016. Dos Santos started his professional career as a Production Engineer at Ambev in 1997. He started to work as a Production Engineer at Kordsa Brazil in 2001 and was promoted to the position of TCF and Assistant Business Leader 4 years later. He joined Braskem in 2008 as a Production Engineer and was responsible for operations and customer management. In January 2012, he rejoined Kordsa Brazil as Production Director. Dos Santos assumed the post of South America Operations Director in 2014, Deputy General Manager since September 2022.
