Şebnem Gürol

Şebnem Gürol is a Global HR Specialist at Kordsa since September 2022, focusing on talent development, global talent acquisition, employer branding, and learning and development. Prior experience includes serving as a People Business Partner at Pointr from April 2021 to September 2022, where Şebnem managed employee relations, onboarding and off-boarding, hiring processes, and collaboration with vendors. Earlier, Şebnem held positions as a Human Resources Intern at Kordsa and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at various educational institutions, contributing to psychology-related projects. Şebnem holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boğaziçi University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University. An exchange program in psychology was completed at the University of Toronto.
