Joy Damerla is an experienced executive with a strong focus on digital transformation and program delivery. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Delivery & Transformation Officer at Kore.ai since May 2025, Joy drives scale and agility through GenAI-powered excellence in global delivery. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Frontier Communications, Joy developed and executed an enterprise-wide digital strategy for a $7B portfolio and enhanced customer experience. Joy's experience also includes leadership roles at HeadSpin, PwC, and Citi, with significant achievements in managing multimillion-dollar budgets and global operations across various digital initiatives. Joy holds an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Master of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University.
