Helga Sveinsdóttir-Faasen

Helga Sveinsdóttir-Faasen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Helga started their career in 2001 as a Store Manager at Hans Petersen and later worked as a Team Lead at Eden, responsible for daily operations and planning. Helga then took on roles at Vodafone Iceland, where they gained experience in roaming engineering, switch technician duties, and troubleshooting for mobile network issues.

Helga also worked at Unisys as a Service Desk Agent, providing IT support, and at Teleena as a Manager Customer Support, where they implemented ITIL processes and improved customer support.

In 2015, Helga joined Tata Communications MOVE Nederland B.V. as a Project Manager, responsible for managing customer and internal projects and delivering MVNOs as a service. Helga also held the roles of Telecommunications Manager, Delivery Director, and Director (Roaming) Supply Solutions, where they were involved in solutions architecture and proposing Private 5G solutions.

In 2021, Helga started their own consultancy, HIce Consultancy, where they served as the Owner. Helga then joined KORE Wireless as the Customer PMO Director and later became the Director of Product Management.
