Bum-Choong Kim

Bum-Choong (Bob) Kim is a Professor with extensive experience in academia and the energy sector. Currently serving as an Executive MBA 초빙교수 at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development and an MBA 겸직교수 at 한국과학기술원 (KAIST), Kim specializes in ESG sustainable management, accounting, and green finance. Positions held include Professor at 한국해양대학교 (Korea Maritime & Ocean University), where courses cover energy resource economics and sustainable management, and EY Partner/Leader in Energy & Infrastructure, providing transaction advisory services. With a solid educational background, including a PhD in Resource Economics & Policy from Hanyang University, Kim has also held director roles in various financial services firms and received recognition from the Korean Government’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
