Benjamin Hew

Benjamin Hew, ACII, currently serves as a Treaty Underwriter at KOREAN RE since November 2024. Previous experience includes a role as an Underwriter at RenaissanceRe from November 2023 to October 2024, and an Underwriter and AVP at Validus Reinsurance, Ltd. from August 2015 to November 2023. Benjamin also held positions as an Assistant Underwriter and a Data Analyst at the Ministry of Social and Family Development, focusing on data analysis and quarterly reports. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Applied Probability and Economics from the National University of Singapore and completion of additional coursework at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Benjamin's early education includes attendance at Victoria Junior College and Anglo Chinese School (Independent).
