Gemma Drake

Gemma Drake is a seasoned professional in design innovation and systemic design, currently serving as a Lecturer in Design Innovation & Service Design at The Glasgow School of Art since January 2024. With extensive experience as a Designer and Coach at Koreo and as a systemic designer, facilitator, and coach for multiple organizations since 2017, Gemma specializes in navigating complex challenges through innovative strategies. Previous roles include Participation and Systems Change Manager at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, Systems Change Lead for The Children's Society, and Systemic Design Lead for the Children’s Innovation Partnership at Barnardo's. Gemma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from The University of Manchester and a Professional Diploma in Architecture from London Metropolitan University.
