Rachel Whale is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the nonprofit and education sectors. As the CEO of Koreo since 2004, Rachel has focused on developing leaders in mission-driven organizations and fostering cultural and strategic change. Rachel's background includes founding Good Women to connect women across sectors and serving as Programme Director at Charityworks, overseeing the charity management training program. Additionally, Rachel has held a position as Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and contributed to a Cabinet Office review on leadership in the nonprofit sector. Rachel's earlier experience as Operations Director at Rethink Mental Illness further complements a strong foundation rooted in English Literature from the University of Exeter and UCL.
