Laurianne ROCHE possesses extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as Responsable juridique pôle immobilier et assurances at Korian since March 2019. Previously, Laurianne worked as Juriste immobilier at Conforama from June 2016 to March 2019, providing legal support to the real estate management, drafting commercial leases, and managing contentious matters. Earlier roles include Juriste d'affaires at Groupe Louis Delhaize, focusing on share and asset deals, and Juriste immobilier at both Groupe Louis Delhaize - CORA and Nexity, where responsibilities included contract negotiation and management of real estate operations. Laurianne holds a Master 2 in construction law and urban planning from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master 1 in public law from Université Jean Moulin, and a Bachelor’s in law from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
