Sven Novak is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in leading procurement functions across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Procurement at Korian since September 2024, Sven previously held the position of Director Global Procurement at Amer Sports Corporation, where a comprehensive build-up of the procurement function was achieved, managing an indirect spending of 800M EUR. With a background that includes roles as Global Procurement Director at Delivery Hero and Procurement & FM Director at A1 Hrvatska, Sven has a proven track record in transforming procurement operations and driving strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from COTRUGLI Business School and a Master of Engineering in Electrical, IT, and Telecommunications from the University of Zagreb.
