Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Eera Oy, COO and Executive Vice President of Operations at Kiosked, and Chairman of the Board at Futurice, where Oksanen helped drive exceptional growth and employee satisfaction. With a Master's degree in Telecommunication and Software Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, Oksanen has a strong background in technology and operational management, particularly within the digital services and telecommunications industries.
