Scott Walsh

Scott Walsh is an experienced development and asset management leader with over 25 years of expertise across major U.S. markets. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Asset, Design, and Development at Korman Communities, they have a proven track record in multifamily, affordable housing, retail, and hotel asset classes. Scott has successfully led the development of over 10,000 residential units and luxury condominiums valued at over $1.5 billion. They hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, and are active in professional organizations such as the American Institute of Architects and The Real Estate Board of New York. An avid gardener and public library champion, Scott resides in New York City and is engaged in both the Long Island City and Hudson Valley communities.
