Amy Schultz

Amy Schultz currently serves as the VP of Market Development & Operations for RPO in ANZ at Korn Ferry, focusing on innovation and thought leadership in human resources and technology. As a board member of The Scots School Albury, Schultz contributes to the school's strategic direction and operational oversight. Previously, Schultz was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Canva, leading a diverse and geographically distributed team. Additional experience includes advisory roles at Swinburne University of Technology and Impello, as well as significant positions at LinkedIn, where Schultz impacted talent acquisition strategies across various regions and product groups. With a strong foundation in recruitment and operations management developed through roles at UCB, Sanofi, Spotless Group, and early positions in recruitment, Schultz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from Swinburne University of Technology.
