Amy Schultz currently serves as the VP of Market Development & Operations - RPO for Korn Ferry since March 2025, specializing in consulting. As a Board Member at The Scots School Albury from October 2023, Amy collaborates with other board members and the School Principal to shape the school's future and oversee operations. Previously, Amy held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Canva from December 2020 to December 2024, leading a global team across multiple regions and overseeing various recruitment functions.
