Bob MacReynolds

Bob MacReynolds is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in digital and executive search. Currently, Bob serves as Managing Consultant for Digital Search North America at Korn Ferry, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, Bob worked at Cutwater Dynamics, Inc. as a Digital, eCommerce, and Media Recruiter from September 2017 to April 2022. Bob also led the Executive Search practice at Wyndham Mills International from October 2012 to September 2017, focusing on digital media and entertainment leadership roles. Bob's recruitment career began as Owner/Recruiting Professional at Sheridan Recruiting Services, Inc. and includes earlier roles at Aerotek as an Account Manager/Recruiter. Educationally, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University, obtained in 1999.
