Charles Swann

Charles Swann is an experienced professional in solution design and recruitment strategies, currently serving as the Global Director of Solution Design at Korn Ferry since October 2024. Prior roles include serving as Solution Design & Presales Manager at Page Outsourcing and EMEA Solutions Architect at Randstad Sourceright, where Charles focused on designing innovative recruitment solutions for strategic clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Resource Solutions, including Lead Solutions Architect, and a position as Senior Research Executive at Incisive Recruitment. Charles holds a degree from Aberystwyth University, completed between 2006 and 2008.
