Ellie Filler

Ellie Filler is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chair and Member of the Korn Ferry Advisory Board EMEA as well as Senior Client Partner in the Life Sciences and Consumer sectors at Korn Ferry since March 2011. In addition, Ellie holds a Board Member position at the Foundation for Learning, which focuses on supporting children with learning disabilities, and has been on the Advisory Board of the Swiss Australian Chamber of Commerce since 2014. Previous roles include Managing Partner of the Human Resources Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, Head of Human Resources at Dingo Blue, Head of Learning & Development Sales at Telstra Global, and a variety of roles at Westpac Group. Ellie Filler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations and Politics from UNSW.
