Gwang Lee

Gwang Lee is an experienced HR consultant currently serving as Associate Principal at Korn Ferry since May 2022. With a strong background in HR, Gwang has provided consultancy services across various industries, including finance, manufacturing, and fashion, focusing on areas such as organization strategy, total rewards, and leadership development. Prior to Korn Ferry, Gwang worked as an HR Specialist at JoongAng Holdings, where strategic HR policies were implemented for multiple media groups, and at CyberLogitec, where global HR operations and recruitment processes were established. Earlier experience includes roles at LG Electronics, where Gwang contributed to staffing, training, and performance management initiatives. Gwang holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Broadcasting from Yonsei University.
