Igor's career began at IBM Global Services as a Financial Analyst, managing substantial budgets and providing comprehensive variance analyses. Education includes an MBA in Transformational Change and Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas and a degree in Corporate Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
