Iktimal Daneshvar

Iktimal Daneshvar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent transformation. Currently, in the role of Vice President, RPO - Middle East, Turkey & Africa at Korn Ferry since September 2022, Iktimal manages and expands the Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Projects business across the META region. Prior to this, Iktimal was the Service Line Leader for Talent Transformation MEA at IBM from January 2011 to August 2022, guiding clients through HR transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Manager at Huxley Associates within SThree plc, focusing on the Accountancy and Finance team in the Middle East, and Manager for Industry and Commerce at Michael Page International, where a rapid promotion followed significant contributions to brand and client development. Iktimal began a career with the NSW Government from January 2002 to March 2007, progressing through various positions in project management and policy governance across multiple government departments.
