Joanna Butryn

Joanna Butryn is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an EMEA Learning and Development Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry. Previous roles include EMEA Learning and Development Consultant at Korn Ferry, Project Manager and Learning & Development Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Program Manager for Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Programs at Vital Voices Chapter Poland. Joanna has also gained experience as an intern at the European Parliament, focusing on diversity and inclusion, and at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw in public affairs. Joanna holds a Certificate of Postgraduate Studies in Social Psychology in Organizational Management and Development from Uniwersytet SWPS and a Certificate of Postgraduate Studies in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
