Judy Tso

Judy Tso, MAA, PCC, CMF, is a seasoned professional in leadership development and organizational consulting, currently serving as Principal of Leadership Development at Korn Ferry since July 2022. Tso has a robust background with notable experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where roles included Lead Associate for Design Strategy focused on Customer Experience and Equity, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Learning Lead, contributing to award-winning initiatives. Prior experience includes leadership development roles at Lockheed Martin and various consulting positions, including Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at the University of Maryland. Tso holds a Bachelor of Science in Multinational Management from The Wharton School and a Master of Applied Anthropology from the University of Maryland, along with multiple certifications in coaching and facilitation.
