Karina Sharipova

Karina Sharipova is a seasoned professional in executive search and research, currently serving as a Managing Associate at Korn Ferry since 2023. Previously, Karina held multiple titles at Skills Alliance from March 2018 to February 2023, including Manager and Principal of Executive Search. Karina's experience also includes a role as a Distributions Researcher at Love Lemon Tree in 2017, supporting the launch of digital health services for children, and as a Brand Ambassador at FUSE Marketing Group Inc. in 2016, where promotional activities and brand activations were executed. Karina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Victoria and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at The University of British Columbia, studying Economics, Politics, and Philosophy.
