Lauren Shin serves as Vice Chairman of Korn Ferry's Global Consumer Practice and Board & CEO Services since July 2021, focusing on C-suite executive searches and advisory services for clients in fashion, beauty, personal care, food and beverage, and omnichannel retail. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and Partner at Egon Zehnder, where Lauren specialized in executive searches and leadership advisory services. Additional experience spans positions at Liz Claiborne, NBC Universal, Ralph Lauren, and Morgan Stanley, involving business development, strategic planning, and mergers & acquisitions. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA from INSEAD.
