Lewis Rusen

Lewis Rusen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and human performance. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and Senior Partner at Korn Ferry since June 2006, Lewis has previously held key positions including Vice President of Global Organization Effectiveness at Campbell Soup Company and Associate Partner in the Human Performance Practice at Accenture. Earlier in their career, Lewis made significant contributions at Hallmark Cards, where roles included North America Lead of Business Process Re-engineering and Sales Recruiting and Training Manager. Lewis holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce with Honours in Marketing from the University of Manitoba, completed in 1986.
