Milton Anderson

Milton Anderson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion across various healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Korn Ferry since January 2020, Milton also holds the position of Senior Client Partner in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Prior roles include Chief Administrative Officer at RWJBarnabas Health, where responsibilities encompassed corporate HR functions and liaison duties with System Board Governance Committees. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at UMass Memorial Health Care, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Institutional Advancement at Montefiore Medical Center, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at The Walt Disney Company. Milton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oberlin College and a Sloan Fellowship in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
