Neal Lowell

Neal Lowell is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Search Technologies at Korn Ferry since November 2021, Neal has also taken on interim leadership responsibilities in global technology and program management for acquisition integration. As the owner of DRIV3N Consulting LLC, Neal provides expertise in the consulting sector while simultaneously being involved as a legal and product consultant at Solera, Inc. from January 2021 to September 2025. Notably, Neal founded DRIV3N Innovations LLC in March 2020 and held the positions of Vice President of Product and Global Innovation Officer at Solera, Inc. from 2014 to 2020. Previous experiences include leadership roles at AudaExplore, ADP, Sun Microsystems, and CSI Industrial Systems. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kettering University and has pursued further education at MIT Sloan School of Management and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
