Pamela Dixon, PhD, is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant at Korn Ferry, leveraging expertise in talent management and development strategies to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness since September 2024. Prior to this role, Pamela served as Vice President of People and Organizational Development at Outsell, focusing on company culture and talent management from December 2021 to September 2024, and briefly held the position of Human Resources Consultant at Salo. With extensive experience as Human Resources Director for Cook County, Minnesota, and leadership positions at Viterbo University, Menttium Corporation, and Strategic Fundraising Advisors, Pamela has a robust background in organizational development, faculty mentoring, and HR consulting.
